Key - Ro Hyde Park
Ro Hyde Park is hiring for a Key employee. We're looking for someone the team trusts, guests respect, and the manager can count on when they're not in the room.
At Ro Hyde Park, every detail of the guest experience is intentional from the first pour to the final bite. Keeping that standard consistent, shift after shift, takes more than a great team. It takes the right leader. The Key Employee is the person entrusted to hold it all together when the Manager is away, and the standard-bearer for everything Ro stands for. If you take ownership without being asked, connect effortlessly with both guests and teammates, and find solutions before others have even noticed the problem this role was built for you.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are the calm that steadies a busy service, the trusted face the team looks to when decisions need to be made. If you're ambitious, this is your launchpad. The Key Employee role is how great managers at Ro get their start. A flexible schedule is required, and for the right person, that's not a limitation it's an opportunity to show up when it matters most. This position requires a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
